INITIAL APPROACH TO THE CORE COMPETENCE OF THE CORPORATION

企业核心能力已引起我国企业界和学术界的广泛重视 ,本文对企业核心能力的涵义、基本特征、内部结构进行了阐述 ,并对企业核心能力的评价及培育问题进行了研究。

The core com petence of the corporation( CCC) is an im portant subject and has been highly valued by both business circles and academ ic circles.This paper expounds the implication,basic feature and internal struc- ture of CCC.Meanwhile a deliberation on the evaluation and the cultivation of CCC is proposed.
