摘要
通过对食材古今使用意义的不同,及与同类概念食物、食品、药用食物、功能食品等的区分,提出食材的具体概念及所研究对象范围,为下一步食材学的构建奠定基础。
By different meanings of ancient and present food materials,as well as differentiation of food of same type,food products,medicinal diet and functional food,it puts forwards detailed concept of detailed food material and concerned study range,offering foundation for further food material research.
