排浊保肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病

Paizhu Baoshen Decoction Combined with Irbesartan Treat Diabetic Nephrosis

[目的]观察排浊保肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。[方法]69例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组用厄贝沙坦治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用排浊保肾汤治疗,比较两组尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(Cr)、肌酐清除率(CCr)、血糖、血压的改变。[结果]治疗后治疗组和对照组UAER、Cr均下降,CCr升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);而且治疗组优于对照组。[结论]排浊保肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病对保护肾功能优于单用厄贝沙坦的治疗。

[Objective]To study the cure effect of Paizhu Baoshen Decoction combined with Irbesartan on diabetic nephrosis.[Method]Take random and control method,69 cases were divided into 2 groups treated with diet control,glucose-reduction and symptoms-pointed methods;the control one added with Irbesartan,the treatment group with Paizhu Baoshen Decoction on the basis of control one,both for 60d;compare their UAER,Cr,CCr,glucose and pressure.[Result]Their UAER and Cr were both decreased,CCr increased,with marked difference;the treatment group was better than other one.[Conclusion]Paizhu Baoshen Decoction combined with Irbesartan is better than only the latter in protecting kidney function.
