清脑定痛汤对蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清IL-6、TNF-α的影响

摘要 [目的]观察蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者血清白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的变化及清脑定痛汤对其的影响。[方法]SAH患者随机分成中西结合组、西药治疗组和西药对照组,分别治疗2周后,对比观察血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的变化。[结果]各组蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清IL-6、TNF-α均升高;清脑定痛汤结合西药治疗能明显降低SAH血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。[结论]蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清IL-6、TNF-α升高,清脑定痛汤与西药结合能有效降低SAH血清IL-6、TNF-α水平,中西药有很好的协同作用。 [Objective]To observe the effects of qing-nao-ding-tong decoction on the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in subarachnoid hemorrhage.[Methods]Cases were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCW) groups,western medicine group and control group.After 2w treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were contrasted.[Results]The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were both raised.Combined with western medicine,qing-nao-ding-tong decoction could effectively reduce the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α.[Conclusion]Combined with western medicine,qing-nao-ding-tong decoction can effectively reduce the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage,and there is synergistic reaction between TCM and WM.
