摘要 [目的]观察神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)治疗中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。[方法]38例患儿随机分为治疗组19例,对照组19例,两组常规治疗相同,对照组加用脑活素,治疗组加用NGF。[结果]治疗组在生命体征平稳,神经系统症状体征恢复等总有效率、治疗第7、14天NBNA评分及后遗症发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]NGF治疗中重度HIE疗效显著,可改善新生儿HIE的预后,减少神经系统后遗症,临床值得推广。 [Objective] To observe the cure effect of NGF on severe new-born babies HIE.[Method] 38 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 19(1) and control one 19(2),with routine therapy;control one added with cerebrolysin,group 1 with NGF.[Result]Group 1 had stable life sign;nerve symptoms recovery,total effective rate,NBNA score and sequelae had statistical difference from group 2.[Conclusion] NFG has marked effect on severe HIE,it can improve its prognosis,reduce sequelae,worthy clinical promotion.
