鼻鼽饮配合天灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

Comparison of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis Treated with TCM and WM

[目的]探讨常年变应性鼻炎有效治疗途径。[方法]将变应性鼻炎患者随机分成三组,分别采用抗组胺药组、糖皮质激素药物和中药配合天灸治疗,比较三组临床疗效及复发率。[结果]以中草药鼻鼽饮配合天灸组症状体征消退最快(6.9±2.9)d,复发率最低为6.87%。[结论]中药配合天灸组治疗常年性变应性鼻炎效果好,且复发率低。

[Objective] Explore effective method for allergic rhinitis.[Method] 3 groups take medicines for successive 14d,and then evaluate the effect and recurrence rates.[Result] The last group was the most quick in removing symptoms and signs,i.e.(6.9±2.9)d,lowest recurrence rate 6.87%.[Conclusion] Chinese herbal medicine combined with sky acupuncture has good effect on perennial allergic rhinitis,with low recurrence rate.
