超声诊断急性阑尾炎的漏诊原因分析

Analyse the Reason of Ultrasonic Missed Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis

[目的]回顾性分析超声诊断急性阑尾炎过程中引起漏诊的原因,以期从中得到经验教训,以提高诊断水平。[方法]经手术及病理确诊的137例急性阑尾炎患者与超声探查结果进行对照。[结果]本组137例患者中超声诊断符合率约89.1%,漏诊率约10.9%。[结论]超声在诊断阑尾炎方面有价值,但存在一定的漏诊率。

[Objective]Retrospective analysis of ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis caused by the process of the reasons for missed diagnosis,with a view to gain experience and lessons to improve the diagnostic level.[Methods]Confirmed by surgery and pathology of 137 cases of acute appendicitis in patients with ultrasound contrast detection results.[Results]137 cases of this group of patients with ultrasound diagnosis rate of about 89.1%,10.9% missed diagnosis rate.[Concluson] Ultrasound valuable in the diagnosis of appendicitis,but there is a certain rate of missed diagnosis.
