跌打损伤止痛膏配合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Bruises Analgesic Plaster Combined with Tri-dimensional Traction Treat Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH)

[目的]观察跌打损伤止痛膏配合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]选择符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准的患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,分别进行跌打损伤止痛膏配合三维牵引与单纯三维牵引治疗,对总疗效进行对照观察,并进行统计学处理。[结果]两组比较,治疗组总有效率(90.0%)高于对照组(76.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]跌打损伤止痛膏配合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

[Objective]To observe the cure effect of Bruises Analgesic Plaster combined with tri-dimensional traction on lumbar disc herniation.[Method]Randomly divide 120 cases into treatment group 1(60)and control group 2(60),respectively taking the plaster and traction,and pure traction;compare the total effective rates and make statistics.[Result]The total effective rate of group 1 (90.0%)was better than group 2 (76.7%),with statistical difference.[Conclusion]Bruises Analgesic Plaster and tri-dimensional traction have correct cure effect on LDH.
