不同产地浙贝母中重金属的含量分析

Analysis of Heavy Metals Content in Fritillaria Thunbergii Miq. from Different Localities

[目的]比较不同产地浙贝母中重金属含量的差异,为浙贝母的临床用药安全提供可靠的依据。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法,在300nm波长下,测定6个不同产地浙贝母重金属含量。结果:不同产地浙贝母中重金属含量存在一定差异,其中浙江鄞州三个产地的重金属总量均符合要求,而浙江磐安及江苏南通、海安重金属总量均有不同程度的超标。[结论]本测定结果可为浙贝母药材的质量评价和临床用药安全提供参考。

[Objective] Compare heavy metals content differences of Fritillaria Thunbergii Miq.from different localities and provide a reliable basis in the clinical drug safety for Fritillaria Thunbergii Miq.[Method] UV-Spectrophotometry was used to determine the heavy metals content of Fritillaria Thunbergii Miq.from six different localities,and the wave-length was 300nm.[Result] There are certain differences in the heavy metals content of Fritillaria Thunbergii Miq.from different localities,of which the origin of heavy metals,Yinzhou Zhejiang three total quantities are in line with requirements and Pan'an Zhejiang and Nantong and Hai'an Jiangsu heavy metals exceed the total in varying degrees.[Conclution] This determination results will provide a reference for Fritillaria Thunbergii Miq.quality and clinical drug safety evaluation.
