摘要
目的测试3种不同的肿瘤细胞对超声波的敏感性。方法固定超声频率(1.0 MHz),通过调节超声强度和超声时间,考察超声对3种不同的人肿瘤细胞(人肝癌细胞HepG-2、人结肠癌细胞SW-620、人高转移卵巢癌细胞HO 8910 pm)增殖抑制的影响,为超声用于抗肿瘤相关实验提供超声参数参考。结果 3种细胞对超声的敏感性不同,HepG-2和SW-620对超声的敏感性较强,而超声波对HO 8910 pm的影响相对较小。3种细胞的生存率均随超声强度的的增加而降低。结论不同的肿瘤细胞对超声波的敏感性存在差异,这提示在超声治疗或者超声辅助化学治疗肿瘤时需要对超声参数进行针对性的调节。
Objective This study is to test the sensitivities of different tumor cells using ultrasound irradiation.Methods(HepG-2,SW-620,HO 8910 pm) to ultrasound irradiation at the frequency of 1.0 MHz with distinct duration and intensity.Meanwhile,parameters were selected to following studies.Results The results showed that responses of different cells to ultrasound were distinct,the HepG-2 and SW-620 cells were much more sensitive,whereas HO 8910 pm cells were relatively resistant to ultrasound irradiation.The viabilities of three types of cells declined as the intensity increased.Conclusion The sensitivities of different tumor cells to ultrasound irradiation are different.This study provides important implications for cancer therapy.
