摘要
本文通过分析对外开放与经济现代化关系，论证对外开放为经济现代化创造着基本的条件，是经济现代化的必然要求。笔者认为。
Having analyzed the interrelationship between the opening policy and economic modernization, the paper points out that the former has provided the latter with basic conditions and great impetuses.
