我国的国有企业改革已进行了多年 ,但是企业的经营状况却一直不见有明显好转。 90年代以来 ,国有企业的改革虽然走上了现代企业制度的改造阶段 ,然而效果仍不理想 ,由此在理论界引发了一场关于是否应该允许国有股上市流通的论战。文章藉此入手 ,提出了对国有企业重新定位以彻底改变我国企业整体运营效率低下的状况的观点。

China has reformed its state-owned enterprise for many years.But the operating condition has not been improved successfully.Since the 1990s,modern enterprise institution has been established to transform the enterprises,however,the result is still not satisfactory.People controvert about the circulation in the term of theory.At this point of view,state-owned enterprise ought to be redefined to promote its running efficiency.
