Socialist Market Economy and the Prospect of State run Enterprises

社会主义市场经济理论模式的确立， 对同一所有者的国有企业之间能否建立真正的市场关系提出了挑战。本文从重新审视公有制本质的角度， 探讨公有并不以国有为表现特征的原因， 试图提出社会主义及其公有制， 并不与国家经济必然联系， 社会主义因素， 只能在财产所有权社会化的进程中逐步增长， 国有企业的前途寓于一个全新的、多元的财产关系格局之中。

The establishment of the socialist market economy is a challenge to the relationship. The present paper discusses the feasibility of public ownership without being necessarily state ownership, and holds that socialism and public ownership are not necessarily associated with state ownership, and that the prospect of state run enterprises is new, pluralistic and present in a multifarious framework.
