Developing the Advanced Science and Technology Industry in the Institutions of Higher Education by Implementing the Strategy of Prospering the Nation through Science and Education

本文认为高校兴办高科技产业是我国科教兴国的战略赋予高校的新职能，提出了全面落实科教兴国战略。

This paper explores the basic function of developing industry in the institutions of higher education in strengthening the country and measures are presented in this paper for implementing this strategy.
