Training Transcentury Personnel with the Guidance of Deng Xiaopings Theory

邓小平教育理论是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。本文在回顾邓小平教育理论形成和发展的基础上，进一步阐述了在我国大力实施科技兴国战略的形势下，邓小平同志关于人才培养的思想对跨世纪人才培养具有的极其重要的现实意义。笔者强调，高校应深入学习邓小平教育理论，进一步转变观念。

Deng Xiaopings theory of education is the most important component of Dengs theories. Tracing the formation and development of Dengs theories, the present article stresses their great realistic significance to transcentury personnel training, a strategy of promoting this country by science and education. It also emphasizes a deep understanding of the theory for higher education institutions to contribute to personnel training.
