摘要
本文立足经济欠发达地区,提出兰州大学学位与研究生教育以提高培养质量和学位授予质量为中心,以学科建设为龙头,以改善生源质量为基础,以规范培养过程为重点,将目标管理与过程管理相结合,坚持内涵发展的改革、发展思路,探索了学位与研究生教育的有关规律和特点及其主要环节在提高质量中的地位和作用,并以翔实的事例反映了兰州大学学位与研究生教育改革实践的主要成就与进展,论述了以高质量的学位与研究生教育促进高校整体办学水平的提高。
Starting from the economically underdeveloped area, the paper has set the training and degree-granting qualities in graduate student education as the center, the disciplinary construction as the spigot, the improvement of student sources as the foundation, and the normalization of the training process as the important point. It stresses the combination of target and process control and insists on the intensional reform and development. The paper has also studied the relevant regularities and features of degree-granting and graduate education and their role in improving the training quality and reflected the major achievements and progress made by Lanzhou University which have laid the foundation for the education of high-level specialists.
