摘要
道德同法律有密切的关系，道德是自觉的法律，法律是强制的道德。因而道德建设离不开法制建设。
Morality and law are closely related: the former is self-conscious and the latter compulsory. The construction of morality cannot be separated from that of legal system. It must seek supportive points in legal construction.
