通过对广西大新县改土归流前土民向土官申请颁发田地执照的申请书和土官颁发给土民的田地执照的分析 ,认为土民通过购买、继承等方式获得田地必须向土官申请执照 ,同时向土官交一定的银钱才能获得田地执照 ,而且这种领照银钱越来越多。

This essay states that ooly did the commoners apply to the leaders of Tusi for permission and offer certain amount of money could they get the land permission,and the offers for permission gets more and more.
