中、英、美三国开放与远程教育研究论文的比较研究

A Comparative Study of Periodical Literature in Distance Education in China, Great Britain and USA

近十几年来,我国的教育研究者和实践者在开放与远程教育领域中作了大量的研究。那么,如何提高质量,同国际研究水平接轨,并力争达到国际先进水平,是我们目前面临的一个重要问题。本文选择1997和1998年我国和英国、美国5份著名的开放与远程教育的学术杂志中的638篇论文为样本,分析比较我国和英美在论文的格式、研究方法、数据处理、研究主题、论文撰写方面的不同,进而对如何提高我国的教育研究水平提出建议,同时探讨我国目前在开放与远程教育中亟待加强的研究课题。

The journal papers of distance education in one nation could reflect its situation of distance education research. This study analyses recent 638 research papers from five popular journals in China, Great Britain and USA, in a comparative way. Points of comparison include research methods, data collection, data treatment, research topics, and thesis writing in these three countries. It further proposes how to improve the level of research and what urgent research topics we need to explore in distance education.
