四川新时期少数民族以人为本、以现实为本的文学历经蓬勃兴起、多元探索、融汇创新的发展历程；２０年间，培养和造就了一支由不同民族的老、中、青作家共同组成的具有相当规模的少数民族文学创作队伍，创作出版了无论量和质均达到前所未见水准的作品；取得成就的原因在于全面、认真地贯彻执行党的民族政策和文艺方针，民族地区两个文明建设的同步发展，以及创作主体注重自身建设，追求民族性。

Abstract New era's ethnic literature in Sichuan has come through stages of initiation, exploration and innovation, etc, in the past 20 years, large groups of writers of different ages have been formed, with the quality and guantity of their publications totally improved, the cause of which being the carrying out of the Party's policies of ethnics and ethnic artistic creation, the buildings of the 'two civilizations' in the ethnic groups areas.
