摘要
８０年代后半期，世界各国各区域都在加快发展知识产业，印度南部的卡那塔克（Ｋａｎａｄａｋ）邦也避开发展工业经济的劣势，充分利用自己的科学知识和人力资源优势，展开了以软件及其服务为核心的信息技术发展，取得了长足进步，已成为全印软件开发和出口基地。
Abstract In the late 1980's ,all nations in the world were busy developing knowledge industry.The state of Kar-nataka of southern india also tried to avoid the disadvantages in industrial economy and tomake full use of its ad-vantages in knowledge and human resources ,and developed information technology centering around computer soft-ware and related services. The state has made great progress in this aspect ,and has become the base of software de-velopment and export of the whole india.
