“道德与思想之意图”的背景理解:以“血缘性纵贯轴”为核心的展开(上)

摘要 本论文旨在对“道德与思想之意图”提出一背景理解,并且以“血缘性的纵贯轴”做为核心而展开其诠释。首先,笔者经由日常语言及生活世界总的理解,而点出“血缘性”、“道德性”、“土根性”三者关联成一不可分的整体,而此正可豁显其为“血缘性纵贯轴”的结构,此正是“道德与思想之意图”的生长土壤。其次,笔者再点出中国传统政治、宗教与理性的特点是“礼之象征”、“气的感通”与“连续型的理性”,此与西方之重“权力之支配”、“言说的论定”与“断裂型的理性”形成强烈对比。凡此种种,都是“道德与思想之意图”的重要背景,做这样的豁显,将有助于此问题之厘清。再者,笔者经由“君”、“父”、“圣”的分析,点出中国文化传统中“血缘性的纵贯轴”含有一奇特而诡谲的“道的错置”(misplacedTao)之现象,而此与“道德与思想之意图”有密切的关联。最后,笔者以为依循“契约性的社会连结”而构造成的社会,以及依循“委托性的政治连结”而构成的政治,将可以破解传统血缘性纵贯轴下之“道的错置”以及连带而有的“道德与思想之意图”。 Abstract A large eye view is provided here in this article for the “Morality and Idea Pattern” and the analysis of it is offered based on the “Heredity Pattern”.Firstly,through the exploration of every day languages and life itself as a whole,the author points out that the “heredity”、“morality” and “locality” are connected as an organic structure which makes up the “Heredity pattern” providing the nourishing soil for the growth of the “Morality and Idea Pattern”.Secondly,it is pointed out that the basic feature of the traditional Chinese politics,religion and reasoning can be summed up as the “Ritual symbolism”,“Affinity of Qi” and “Continuity of Reason”,ect. in sharp contrast against the western concepts such as “Distribution of Powers”,“Determination by Discourse” and “Discountinuity of Reason” etc., all these thus make up the important background for the “Morality and Idea Pattern”,the analysis of which helps clear up the basic issue.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the concepts such as “Kings”、“Fathers” and “Saints”,the author presents a mystic phenomenon,i.e.the “misplaced Tao” in the “Heredity pattern” in the Chinese cultural tradition,which is closely associated with the “Moralits and Idea Pattern”.Lastly,the author believes that researching along the structure of “contract connected society” and the “intrusted politics”,the “misplaced Tao” under the traditional heredity pattern can be decoded,hence the discovery of the “morality and Idea pattern”,leading to the possibility of newer development of politics and society.
