契约人:一个关于主流制度经济学的纯理论模块

Contract Person:A thearetic Modual Concerning Main stream System Economics

本文主要阐述与分析目前制度经济研究中的主流派——交易成本经济学的基本构架，强调这种制度和组织的分析方法与纯粹的市场契约分析方法的区别，从而相对于“经济人”的概念提出交易成本经济学中的理论模块“契约人”的概念；同时，侧重探索当前制度研究中相当潮流和富有成效的“产业组织、法学与经济学互相融合”的大经济学方法，试图对中国的制度经济研究在理论规范上。

Abstract The article elaborates the basic structure of the exchanged cost economics —— the main stream in the study of the system economics,focusing on the analytical methods of the system and its difference from that of the marketing contract economics,advocating the concept “contract person”:the thearetic modual for the exchanged cost economics against the concept “economic person”;In the meantime,the author tries to explore the mass economic method popular in the study of “production organization,law and economics cambination”,intending as its objective to offer a limited out helpful view on the theoretic scale and its interfacing into the international system for the system economics stady in China.
