Abstract The initiation of the Euro will inevitably exert great impact on the European Union,world economy and Chinas economy.It will probably change the status of current world economy and politics greatly,and accelerate the adjusting process of world economy order and international financial system.Therefore, this article analyzes in detail the influence of the Euro on the European Union,world economy and Chinese economy,discusses the prospect of the Euro and the trend of its exchange rate,and gives some suggestions on Chinas policies.
