按照政治经济学关于价值的基本规定性，"知识价值"是存在于知识商品之中的智力劳动的凝结。"知识价值现象"（由知识引起或与知识相联系的价值运动和价值增殖）越来越引人注目。知识经济的兴起，使智力劳动的重要性更为突出，它以多种形式，在社会经济活动的各个方面发挥其功能作用。智力劳动具有很强的创造价值的能力，和普通劳动相比，它在同样的时间里能创造大得多的价值。知识价值论从根本上说与劳动价值论并不相悖，它是劳动价值论在新的社会历史条件下的拓展和应用。

According to the regulation of value in poitical economy, knowledge value is the coagulation of intellectual labor that lies in knowledge commodity.The phenomenon of knowledge value aroused by knowledge or movement and multiplication of value related to knowledge more and more comes to the front. With the rise of knowledge economy, the impotance of intellectual labor becomes more and more clear. In every aspect of society it does its work in many forms.Knowledge labor has great ability of creation and it can create much more value than common labor in the same hours. The theory of knowledge value isn' t radically against the theory of labor value. It is the expand ability and application of the theory of labor value under the new conditions.
