嘉靖前期改革条件的生成——明代改革新思维

Generation of Conditions for Reform in the Earlier Jiajing Reign Period New Thoughts on Reform in the Ming Dynasty

嘉靖前期的改革是明代历史中一次全面的改革活动。因为当时具备了推进这一改革的诸多必要条件，即：世宗的勤政和对改革的大力支持与积极参与；朝臣中形成了改革的中坚力量，并与世宗建立了新型的君臣关系；革新诸臣廉洁自律，团结而不结党营私，使反对者难以造谣中伤；他们具有坚定的革新精神，敢为天下先；革新诸臣具有大胆而理智的批判意识，将改革对象确定为明太祖以后１０多年的明代弊政。以上改革条件只有在嘉靖前期同时并存，它是中国古代改革史上由君臣共同参与的全面改革的典范之一。

Abstract The reform that took place in the earlier Jiajing Reign Period,is the only all round reform movement in the Ming Dynasty.This reform sets as its targets all maladministration of over 100 years in the Ming Dynasty after Emperor Ming Taizu Reign Period.The reform can be conducted along this line because all the prerequites are ready.These essential conditions may be listed as follows:Emperor Shizongs being diligent and hardworking at administration and lending strong support to and actively and personally participating in the refrom;among ministers there being formed a nucleus of reformists,having established a new type of monarch and subject relationship with Emperor Shizong;in performing their duties,all reformist ministers being honest,incorruplible and strictly self disciplined,and being united without any such things as banding together for selfish interests,thus leaving no room for them being inflicted slanderous rumours;all of the reformists being sharply and intelligently critical minded,and having a revolutionary spirit,bold and decisive in their pioneering work.It is only in the earlier Jiajing Reign Period that all the above mentioned prerequites exist side by side and at the same time.
