Abstract Recently the structural contradiction has become more and more obvious in Chinese national economy and seriously restricted its development.The special status and function of the state owned enterprises make it play a critical role in the adjustment of economic structure.Deepening the reform of the state owned enterprises can be helpful for solving and adjusting the structural contradiction and enable Chinese economy to develop smoothly and harmoniously.
