１９９３年我国及时而果断地加强了经济宏观调控，成功地实现了经济“软着陆”；１９９７年发生了震撼世界的亚洲金融风暴。这两件大事告诉我们：在建立和发展市场经济的过程中，如何处理好国家宏观计划指导与市场自由调节的关系，仍然是各国经济运行中的头等大事。在我国经济体制改革的基本抉择中，私有化决不是国有企业改革的唯一出路，能否成功地遏制腐败。

In 1993,the Chinese government timely and resolutely strengthened its economic macroscopic readjustment and control and successfully brought about the economic “Soft Landing”.The Asian Financial Storm,which shocked the world in 1997,exposed again the capitalist crisis in the world.The two events tell us that it is very important for the people of all countries to deal with the relation between the national macroscopic guide in planning and free readjustment to the market in the course of establishing and developing the market economy.In the basic alternative of the reform in the economic system in our country,private ownership of means of production is by no means the only way out for the reform of the state enterprises.The key to getting rid of their difficulties and being reformed successfully lies in whether the state enterprises can restrain corruption effectively.
