摘要
研究生素质教育是研究生教育改革的必然，它的基本内涵是围绕发展和提高研究生的语言素质、科研素质、超越素质、生存素质及其它社会素质而展开的，其中英语教学是提高语言素质的重要手段。为使英语教学更有利于促进研究生英语语言素质的发展，研究生英语教育教学必须遵循五个特殊教学原则，围绕七个方面进行教学改革。
The improvement of the postgraduates' education necessitates the all round education to them, whose basic contents are arranged around how to develop and improve the postgraduates' language quality, research quality, surpassing quality, existence quality and other social qualities. Among them, English teaching is an important means to enhance language quality. To facilitate the development of the postgraduates' language quality, the postgraduates' English teaching must abide by five special teaching principles, make teaching reforms on seven aspects and tranform six teaching ideas.
