摘要
通过四川、安徽两省农村劳动力首次外出信息源的社会关系分析，发现农村劳动力首次外出经由亲缘、地缘关系而牵动的达２乃，农村社会仍具有较浓的乡土性；约有１＊的农村劳动力经由业缘关系牵动，并且正在发展中的业缘关系对劳动力外出牵动的重要性日益突显，乡土社会中的现代因子增多。
An analysis of the rural labor migration in Sichuan Province arid Anhui Province showsthat two thirds of the rural labor migration is motivated by blood and locality relationship-whileonly on third by labor market. Therefore, the present Chinese rural society is still mainly boundby provincialism. However, labor market is playing a more and more important role in rural labormigration, thus Chinese rural society is now influenced by gradually increasing modern factors.
