摘要
监测与评估是提高扫盲教育质量的基本环节。监测关注从量的维度审砚计划的有效性。评估则是对扫盲教育活动全程作出价值判断,其目的有判断、诊断、管理、研究等方面。监测与评估属两个不同的过程,各自有不同的规定性要求。
The monitoring and evaluation of literacy programmes is a basic link in the process ofimpvioving the quality of literacy education. The monitoring concentrates on the effectiveness ofliteracy programmes from the viewpoint of quantitative analysis. The evaluation is concerned withthe judgement of the whole process of literacy education. They are different process with different requirements .
