As an independent and instrumental subject, practical writing consists of such dimensions as history, theory, substance and law. To facilitate and better the construction of the subject of modern practical writing, the study of the peculiar characteristics, origin, development, substance, stylistic types and writing methods of modern practical writing should be enforced.
