河北省实施“科教兴冀”战略取得了巨大成就 ,但在实施“科教兴冀”战略过程中面临种种挑战和艰巨任务。要实现“科教兴冀”
矴reat achievements have been accomplished through implementing the strategy of rejuvenating Hebei Province by promoting science and education,However,there are still many difficulties for us to overcome and effective measures should be taken to further implement the strategy. 〔
