Management by objectives is one of the scientific methods in management,which has universal practical appeal.Because its features and functions are in conformity with the law of political and ideological work,it has been made use of effectively.As political and ideological work is a complicated and systematic project,to apply management by objectives the following two aspects must be paid attention to: the rational planning and correct operation of the educational objective of political and ideological work and the establishment of guarantee mechanism for the operation of political and ideological work.
