对对外汉语教师业务培训的思考

Training Teachers of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language

教师是使教育目标转化为现实的人，因此是教育发展中非常重要的因素。对外汉语教学教师培训工作从实际出发，规范性和弹性原则相结合，已经形成了一定的规模和几种行之有效的方式。培训应该强调教学理论、教学实习和研究方法，并应建立完整的评估系统。目前对外汉语教师队伍还存在诸如受训不足、在课程改革方面成果不理想等问题，原因在于对教学技能训练认识不清。

The teacher, who transforms educational objects into reality, is a very important factor in education development. This paper discusses issues concerning teaching Chinese as a foreign language, such as the importance of teaching theory, teaching practice and research methods. It points out and analyzes the problems existing in on the job training, and explores several solutions to them.
