Function and Knowledge Management of Education－and Research University in Knowledge－Based Economy

在知识经济时代，知识成为生产的第一要素。因此，如何管理好知识的生产、扩散和应用将成为一个现实的课题。国家科研机构和教学科研型大学将成为知识的主要生产组织和传播组织，这些知识组织如何给自己定位并加强对自身知识的管理，更将是一个迫切的课题。本文提出了知识管理的过程，讨论了教学科研型大学在知识管理过程中的地位和功能，着重分析了知识组织如何做好知识学习和积累、知识扩散和激活等管理工作，并就教学科研型大学如何完善知识管理机制提出了建议。

In knowledge－based economy time,knowledge will become the first factor of production.Therefore,how to manage the production,diffusion and application of knowledge has become the practical project to practioners and researchers In the future,state research institutes and education－and－research universities will act as the production organization and diffusion oganization of knowledgeso it has become the urgent problem for institutes and universities to position themselves in knowledge－based society This paper presents the process of knowledge management,discusses the functions and roles of the education－and research universities in the processof knowledge management Especially,the paper addresses the suggestions for knowledge organizations to leam,diffuse and reactivatethe knowledge,and the policies for these organizations to perfect their knowledge management mechanism.
