德国资产阶级成文宪法的产生、发展分为四个阶段 :(一 )从 18世纪末到 19世纪中叶的发展 ;(二 ) 19世纪中期至一战期间 ;(三 )从一战结束到 193 7年二战全面爆发 ;(四 )第二次世界大战以后。德国四部成文宪法的主导背景可以从经济、政治和法学思想等方面加以考察 。

The analysis of the formal constitution in its four stages and of the characteristics of the social economic situation during the enactment in Germany has showed us some important ideas, such as the ideas of political economy and legal science as well as the experience and lessons during the middle of the eighteenth century and the twentieth century in Germany. The article has studied the present situation of Germany on one hand, and has made an exploration of reception in the comparative law on the other hand.
