摘要
时代发展和新疆复杂的语言使用状况迫切要求在不同地区建立多种双语教学模式,区内外对双语教学模式的理论探讨和各种类型的双语教学实验为在新疆建立多种双语教学模式提供了可资借鉴的经验。在新疆建立多种双语教学模式必须遵循四条原则:环境原则、优势原则、早期教育原则、社会效益原则。
The establishment of various bilingual teaching modes is demanded by the time and the complicated use of language in Xinjiang. Theoretical study and teaching practice inside and out of the region have provided much valuable experience for setting up multiform bilingual teaching modes, which should follow four principles: environment principle, preponderance principle,early education principle and social benefit principle.
