论教学中的人际交往关系

Inter-person Communication Relations During Teaching and Studying

本文从理论上探讨教学过程中的人际交往关系：教师关系、师生关系和学生关系，分析教学中人际关系的３个基本特点———动态性、开放性、综合性，３种心理成分———认知成分、情感成分、行为成分；提出良好的教学人际关系是通过人际间的相互沟通来实现的，以提高人的科学文化素养。

This paper,on the basis of a theoretical probe into such relations in the course of teaching and studying as those between teachers,those between the teacher and the students and those between stundents,analyses the three basic features in the inter-person communication relationships——dynamic characteristic,openness and comprehensiveness;the three psychological elements——cognitive;emotive and behavourial elements and thereby puts forward the view point that the establishment of a good relationship in the process of teaching and studying depends on the inter-person communication and takes the enhancement of people′s qualifications of science and culture and moral values and noble spirit as the fundemental contents and basic characters.
