本文对我国警察体育的萌芽时期，到各个不同阶段的发展情况进行了研究，并对今后警察体育的改进和发展提出了自己的看法。

Based on the resarch on the development of police sports from its beginning to current state,this paper suggests distinct ideas for the promotion of the police sports in the futur,That will be helpful to th teaching of police sports, and especially to the teaching of wresting and grappling in our country.
