This article records in a systematic way the Khmus' cultivation rites and taboos that can be observed at present, including the `Mawo' belief, the ceremony of offering a sacrifice to `ghosts', the rites asking for raining and important taboos, analyses the embodiments of sympathetic magic thought and the drift phenomena towards the primitive religion in those rites and taboos, meanwhile, puts forward a more exact definition: the` insinuation law' or `insinuation relations',for the term of `similarity law' in the theory of sympathetic magic.
