当前，我国企业普遍存在资本结构不合理的现象．本文运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，探讨资本结构与资本成本的关系，提出筹资结构优化的评判标准．

There exist common irrational Phenomena of the capital structure in present-day enterprises of China-After delving into the relations between the capital structure and the capital cost by way of combining a quantitative analysis and a qualitative one. The present paper brings forth the criteria for judging which structure 0f fund raising is the optindzed one.
