当前， 我国经济发展必须立足于扩大内需，处理好投资需求与消费需求的关系，多渠道扩大消费需求， 稳妥推行消费信贷，

To develop China′s economy currently, we must base ourselves upon an increase of domestic demand and upon an appropriate disposal of the relations between investment demand and consumption demand. It is necessary to increase consumption demand from various channels, enterprisingly practise consumption credit on a safe and sound basis and actively take corresponding measures conductive of forming a complete network.
