My Reflections on the Problems of China ′s State-owned Enterprises and the Channels of Their Reform

本文以中外经济发展为背景，以我国改革实践为根据，探讨了我国国有企业改革的热点和难点，对一些敏感的理论与实践问题作出理性阐释和独立分析。

With the economic development of China and foreign countries as its background and with China ′s reform practice as its basis, the present paper discusses the central issues and difficult points of China ′s reform of state-owned enterprises and gives a rational interpretation and an independent analysis to a couple of sensitive theoretical and practical issues.
