摘要
我国交通运输业已经发生了巨大的变化, 但客运服务的质量仍然偏低, 与硬件的完善不相称。客运制度、服务意识、敬业精神。
There has been a tremendous change in China ′s communication and transportation trade, yet, the service quality of the passenger transportation is still low-slung, and therefore, is in disagreement with its hardware ′s improvement. The institution of passenger transportation, the working personnel ′s consciousness of service and devotion to their work as well as passengers′national quality are all concrete elements affecting passenger transportation service.
