摘要
通过表型观测的方法从Ds转化植株中筛选具有表型变异的材料.从220个Ds转化植株中初步筛选出具有表型变异的材料41个,所占比例为18 64%.结合Basta抗性检测、潮霉素抗性检测,初步鉴定出不稳定的变异株系20个;稳定的变异株系21个,其中4个变异体与Ds共分离,8个变异体与Ds不共分离,9个变异体尚不能确定是否是由于Ds插入所引起的.
The 220 Ds insertion lines were screened for isolation of visible mutant phenotypes ,41 mutant phenotypes were found, and the mutant frequency was 1836%.Through detected by Basta and hygromcin , 20 lines could not be transmitted to next generation and others 21 lines could be transmitted to next generation .Depending upon the mutation relationship with Ds ,can divided into the sub-type, the type of mutants were found to be caused by Ds insertion in 4 lines ,the second type appeared in 8lines did not co-segregated with Ds insertion, the third type of mutants which in 9 lines could not to be caused by Ds element insertion
