德国驻华军事顾问团对华作用之评价

Comment on the Function of German Militaty Advisory Group in China

２０ 世纪二、三十年代的中德关系先后经历了初步发展、渐入高潮和步入“冰点”三个时期，而此时正值德国军事顾问受聘于蒋介石政权、活跃于南京国民政府之机。他们在华活动涉及领域之广、对南京国民政府影响之深，均超过蒋介石历任外国军事顾问。德国驻华军事顾问团虽然在名义上属军事顾问，实际上其在华活动不仅仅限于军事领域，还涉及中德经贸往来、中国国防建设和中德邦交。英国《泰晤士报》驻上海记者在１９３５ 年１１ 月２７ 日曾写道：“她的（ 中国的） 整个经济———商业上的、政治上的和军事上的，对这里的德国人来说是了如指掌。”〔１〕他们对蒋介石的影响极深，对南京国民政府的作用是多方面的。我们不能够把德国驻华军事顾问团在华的作用与蒋介石聘请德籍顾问的原因及其来华动机用同一尺度去衡量，而应当辩证地看问题，力求给予客观的。

In the 1920s and 1930s,the relationship between German and china sucessively experienced three periods:preliminary development,climax and coming to a deadlock.Just during this three periods,German military advisory group was employed by Chiang Kai shek and working actively in Nanjing KMT government.The field that they involved and their influence on Nanjing KMT government far surpassed that of any other foreign military advisers during the reign of Chiang Kai shek.
