On Correctly Understanding and Devoting Major Efforts to Develop the Privately Owned Individual Economy

The privately owned individual economy stood conspicuously out of the firm planned economy and revealed great vitality since the open door policy.From the inevitability of the existence and developement of the privately owned individual economy and its complicated course,this paper discussed its founction and pointed out the main problems and solutions for privately owned individual economy and other non publicly owned economy.
