当前我国农村法制建设的若干矛盾探析

Comments on Several Contradictions of Legal System Construction in Chinese Rural Area

本文运用法律社会学的理论与方法，针对我国当前农村法制建设面临的矛盾进行了深入的分析。文章认为，要促进农村社会的法治化，就必须把握法制现代化与农村社会转型化的根本矛盾，着力解决法律体系与法律意识、法律内容与法制环境、法律机制与法制资源的冲突，应部署加强农民利益的法制保障，以培养农民的良性法律意识；大力推进农业产业化，改变农村社会关系格局；

This paper gives a thorough analysis on contradictions of legal system in rural area with the uility of theory and methods of legal sociology. It considers that in order to improve the legality of rural area ,we must correctly deal with the basic contradictions between legal system modernization and the tansforming period of rural area ,forcefully promote the agricultural industrialization,change social relations of rural area and improve the disposition of legal system resources.
