It has been recognized that the political thoughts about the French Revolution between Burkeand Paine were contrary and conflict.However,it was in the context of the French Revolution that they hadreached consensus to a certain degree.The formation of their thoughts which took the conflict and consensustogether was due to various factors,mainly,the personal experiences and the contemporary social spirit.Both the conflict and consensus have brought about the significant effects on the later political theories andpractice.
